History
The firm was founded in 1923 by Maître Victor BODSON, also a former member of the Luxembourg Government and a member of the European Commission. Following his leave in 1977, Maître Albert WILDGEN decidedly centred the law firm’s activity towards business law and financial law.
Our vision
“As a leading law firm, we recognise our responsibilities to our clients, members of the firm, suppliers and the society.”

We train our lawyers to think strategically and legally for our clients. We recognise our responsibilities to the society and our CSR policy supports our vision and values.
Being a client-centred law firm includes understanding the importance of shared values and responding to social and environmental concerns.
