Wildgen expertise praised by the Legal 500 EMEA 2018!

_Wildgen is proud to announce that the Legal 500 EMEA, one of the leading guides in the legal profession, has recommended a number of Wildgen's practice groups in its 2018 edition.

Highlights include Banking & Finance, Commercial, Corporate and M&A, Employment, IP/TMT, Investment Funds, Insurance and Tax.

 

Clients praise the ‘business-oriented’ Emmanuelle Ragot, who provides ‘a practical service’ across the gamut of IP and data protection matters. Also active in the venture capital space, Ragot spearheads the firm’s multi-disciplinary legal hub for start-ups which assists with IP, commercial and fundraising activities.

 

The ‘knowledgeable and responsive’ François Brouxel heads the Wildgen Corporate law team. Isabelle Charlier and the ‘responsive and solutions-oriented’ Yann Payen are also noted. At Wildgen, David Maria advised TDV Industries on its acquisition of Klopman International.

 

Headed by the ‘knowledgeableMichel Bulach, Wildgen Banking and Finance team provides ‘a responsive service’ to commercial and private banks, high-net-worth individuals and SMEs engaged in secured lending, debt capital markets and structured finance mandates. Bulach is also noted for his regulatory advice and is aided on this by Charles Krier, who has significant banking regulatory expertise developed through his recent stint on secondment at UniCredit Bank and prior to joining the firm during his time at the Luxembourg Supervisory Authority of the Financial Sector (CSSF).

 

The ‘efficient and responsive’ Jackye Elombo, heads the Wildgen Employment law team. She provides ‘high-quality and cost-effective’ advice to a growing roster of companies on day-to-day employment issues. Elombo is also regularly instructed on standalone matters including TUPE issues relating to business reorganisations and employment litigation.

 

Headed by Michel Bulach, Wildgen Insurance team has expertise advising on the distribution of insurance products, as well as on insurance M&A, including recently advising on the acquisition of reinsurance captives.

 

Also praised, the Wildgen Investment Funds team, headed by Samia Rabia and enhanced in November 2016 by the arrival of the ‘business-savvyAntonios Nezeritis from another renowned Luxembourg law firm. Wildgen’s three-partner team provides ‘accurate and in-depth advice’ on the structuring and establishment of fund structures, as well as on associated regulatory matters related to AIFMD and UCITS V.
