Wildgen Announces New Promotions
_Wildgen is happy to announce the promotion of: Giuseppe Cafiero (Director), Valeria Ercolini (Senior Associate) and Ersan Özdek (Director).
Giuseppe joined Wildgen's Corporate and Banking teams in 2011 where he specialises in banking, finance and corporate law. Over the years, he has developed a sound expertise in the areas of corporate structuring, bank lending and structured finance transactions, advising in particular both lenders and borrowers in post-restructuring finance transactions. In particular, Giuseppe has considerable experience advising financial institutions, insurance and reinsurance undertakings and their clients on regulatory matters and operational activities. In addition, Giuseppe has been specialising in securitisation matters since 2011, advising notably clients investing in European credit markets.
Ersan, Director, has joined Wildgen's Litigation team in 2012 and focuses exclusively on labour, social, and related litigation law matters. In particular, he assists national and international companies on their staff management, including drafting of employment agreements, benefit and pension plans, stock option plans. He has developed a pertinent expertise in advising on a broad range of labour and employment law matters and representing clients both at a pre-litigation stage, giving legal opinion on and negotiating various agreements such as settlement agreements or social plans, and before the various courts of Luxembourg. He regularly assists clients in the framework of all structural operations which might have an impact on employment, such as corporate reorganisations and downsizing, mergers and acquisitions.
Valeria, Senior Associate, joined Wildgen in 2018 where she specialises in corporate and tax law. She has an extensive experience in advising an international clientele on corporate and tax aspects relating to corporate reorganizations and refinancing as well as on the structuring and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
