Thomas joined Wildgen as an Associate in 2015.
He previously worked for a renowned international law firm in France and in Luxembourg, a law firm in the Netherlands and an international legal consultancy in Brussels.
Thomas is also Assistant Professor at Maastricht University, where he teaches and researches European corporate finance law. He frequently collaborates with the European Commission and the European Parliament on different studies on EU company law. His main academic focus is empirical research on corporate mobility as well as on corporate finance structures by means of data science.
Thomas has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016.
