Samia Rabia heads the Wildgen’s Investment Fund practice group and specialises in Corporate Law. She has a wealth of experience advising clients on the appropriate vehicles for investment and has been a key player in many large and international deals. Samia also has considerable experience in the area of real estate, allowing her to offer a global overview for every transaction.

With the support of her multicultural and award-winning team, Samia counsels and assists multinational corporations venture capitalists, investment funds, and financial institutions from Europe, USA, and the Middle East. They particularly appreciate her “responsiveness” and her “cutting-edge, reliable expertise,” as well as “the tailor-made solutions she always provides” them. Samia’s utmost professionalism is not only praised by her clients; it is also regularly highlighted by independent rankings: Samia was recognised as one of the top 100 Leading Advisors in 2011 in the fields of Investment Funds and Islamic Finance by the Finance Monthly Magazine.

As such, Samia is frequently invited as a speaker at international conferences. In addition, she has contributed several articles on the Luxembourg legal environment, Investment Funds, and Islamic Finance for both national and international specialised magazines. Samia also acts as liquidator for certain companies, and sits as a member of several Boards of Directors. In this respect, she is member of the ILA (Institut luxembourgeois des administrateurs), a non-profit organisation aimed at sharing knowledge linked to Corporate Governance.

Samia is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), where she plays an active role in the Women Lawyers' Interest Group. To top it all off, she has been elected "Female Entrepreneurship Ambassador” for Luxembourg.

Samia has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1999.
