Romain is a French attorney-at-law (Avocat à la Cour) admitted to the Paris and Luxembourg Bars. He specialises in real estate, building law, corporate law and dispute resolution and assists his clients on litigation, advisory and transactional aspects. 

Romain has also experience in civil and commercial contract law and international private law as well as e.g. in pleadings, writing legal memoranda, assignments, legal and judicial documents and formal notices. Romain also drafts, reviews and analyses various types of commercial or real estate-related contracts (e.g. off plan sale agreements, broker agreements, lease agreements, shares purchase agreements, loan agreements, etc.) and defends the interests of his clients in different circumstances (Courts, general meeting of shareholders, etc.). He analysed legal problems in Luxembourg, French, Belgian and European law.

Prior to joining Wildgen, Romain has worked for 2 years as Associate for a Luxembourg-based law firm and also completed an internship as trainee lawyer in a law firm in Brussels and Paris where he was highly involved in a pan-European study on behalf of an European institution about SMEs and trade defence proceedings (Anti-dumping investigations, Anti-subsidy and Safeguard) obtained by tender

He has been a member of the Paris Bar since January 2011 and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since May 2011. Romain is a member of the Luxembourg-Russia Business Chamber (LRBC) and joined the LRBC Real Estate Committee.
