Muriel Piquard, Director, admitted to the Luxembourg bar since 2011, has acquired in-depth expertise in banking and finance law, corporate and commercial litigation as well as employment law.
She focuses in particular on advising national and international clients on shareholders’ disputes and all aspects of directors’ liabilities.
In addition, she has significant experience on commercial law and disputes, including negotiation of contracts and handling of debt claims and recovery. She further specialises in employment law, giving pre-litigation advice, negotiating out-of-court settlements and representing employers in dispute resolution.
Before joining Wildgen, she worked for renowned Luxembourg-based law firms. Muriel has more than 7 years of experience.
