A skilled specialist with extensive experience in insurance-related regulatory and contractual matters, Miryam provides assistance to both domestic and international clients on a broad range of issues, including licensing requirements, cross-border operations, insurance distribution, portfolio transfers, outsourcing and review of policies and agreements with third parties. Additionally, she also handles claims and litigation related to the insurance industry, as well as advising her clients on life, group and pension policies.
Prior to joining Wildgen, Miryam led the Insurance and Reinsurance Department at a renowned Luxembourg law firm, and has worked as an attorney in Paris and in Luxembourg. She also served as an in-house legal advisor for several Luxembourg life insurance companies, owned by French and British groups.
