Qualified as Avocat à la Cour in Paris and Luxembourg, Emmanuelle Ragot (who has dual French and Luxembourgish nationality), Partner, heads Wildgen’s Data Protection, Intellectual Property and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (Data/IP/TMT) practice group as well as the Employment law practice group, Wildgen 4 innovation our legal hub for start-up businesses, launched in March 2015, and Wildgen 4 Art.

Her approach is totally client-focused and she works upstream with her clients in order to implement the appropriate strategy to their needs. Throughout more than 20 years of practice in London, Paris and Luxembourg, Emmanuelle has developed a sound experience in protecting her clients’ interests and has built up a strong independent network of experts in other jurisdictions.

Focused on both litigation and advisory work, she made a name for herself in litigation specifically related to intellectual property rights (counterfeiting, licensing...) and IP mediation and arbitration. She represents high-profile local and international clients in the protection, acquisition, negotiation, use, distribution of IP rights and IP tax structuring. She also advises her clients on data compliance for multi jurisdiction TMT projects, drafting of agreements and negotiation of contracts related to the technology sector. Her field of activity includes data protection, technology regulation and general regulatory work including unfair trade, e-commerce, outsourcing, cloud computing, licensing and internet-related issues.

Emmanuelle has also been top-ranked by clients and peers in the most authoritative directories and recommended as a leading lawyer in IP/TMT:
