Delia joined Wildgen Corporate practice group and specialises in mergers, acquisitions, corporate structurings, project finance, restructuring and EU regulatory services. Member of the Luxembourg Bar, she provides tailor-made legal advice and assistance for implementation of intra-group financing structures, share for share exchanges in favour of clients who are leaders in pharmaceutical, healthcare or petrochemical or major international investment firms companies.
Prior to joining us in 2012, Delia worked as a corporate and M&A lawyer with a Luxembourg-based law firm, with a law firm based in Vienna and with a major law firm in Bucharest. Her previous professional activities also include internships with the International Legal Affairs Department of Renault Paris and with the European Court of Justice.
Delia holds a Master's degree in French, European and International Business Law (LL.M) (University Paris II Panthéon-Assas - France), a Master's degree in European Law (D.E.S.S) (University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne - France) and a Bachelor Law degree (Bucharest University Law School - Romania). She is a regular speaker at conferences organised by the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011.
