Admitted to the Paris Bar (1989) and to the Luxembourg Bar (2013), Catherine serves her clients in the fields of company law (creation of companies, legal secretariat, governance, shareholders’ relationships, due diligence, …), equity transactions and national or cross-border reorganisations (sale or purchase of shares, contributions in kind, mergers, partial spin off, cross-border transfer of seats,…).

She counsels and assists companies and high-net-worth individuals in their French-Luxembourgish transactions. She is regularly seconded to legal departments of large groups located in France and in Luxembourg.

Catherine has high expertise in European company law. She advises listed and unlisted groups in the creation of European Companies (SE) and other European entities (European Cooperative Society, EEIG). She is active as an company law expert to assist the Committee on Legal Affairs of the European Parliament.

Catherine also provides legal services and assistance to an international clientele for investment in vineyard and art.

She is a regular author of numerous legal insights and speaker at national or international conferences. She is a lecturer at the Universities of Paris I-Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris-Dauphine, Aix-Marseille, Bordeaux and Sciences-Po Strasbourg (France).

Catherine heads the Wildgen Art Law team (see the brochure) and represents the firm at the Luxembourg Art Law and Art & Finance Association (LAFA).

Catherine holds Post Graduate Degree (D.E.S.S.) in International Commercial Law (University of Paris X-Nanterre - France) and a Degree in International and European Law (University of Paris II-Assas - France).
