_Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2009, Anne-Sophie Rust is a Director in Wildgen’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation Practice Group where she specialises in the resolution of both out-of-court and in-court disputes.
With a strong background in litigation and procedure, she represents clients before the judicial and/or administrative courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Her extensive expertise covers issues in civil, liability and commercial laws, on which she gives external lectures.
Since 2016 and following her training with the Secretary General of the Centre de Médiation Civile et Commerciale ("CMCC") a.s.b.l, Anne-Sophie has been a Mediator. In doing so, she has a solid and efficient expertise in the negotiation and resolution of out-of-court disputes, ensuring a comprehensive service and a high level of professionalism to our clients.
Before joining Wildgen, Anne-Sophie worked as a business lawyer in one of the largest law firms in Luxembourg, before specialising in litigation in a renowned law firm in Luxembourg for over three years.
