The 'very pragmatic and down-to-earth' François Brouxel is well-versed in local Luxembourg corporate law, and as well as utilising this knowledge to effectively structure international M&A mandates, he has also been at the vanguard of discussions relating to the  modernisation of Luxembourg’s company law and the reform of business licences. Isabelle Charlier co-heads the team alongside Brouxel and is noted for her ability to 'clearly answer questions, and present good and interesting proposals'.
