On 23 june 2016, UK voted to leave EU and opened the door to economic and political consequences for both the UK and the rest of the EU.

As the anniversary of this historic decision approaches, David Maria, Partner, and Catherine Cathiard, Director, will speak about legal and tax impacts of Brexit on Luxembourg companies. Based on examples and practical cases, this conference will allow entrepreneurs to identify which actions should be taken and will address the following topics:

  • Right of establishment for companies,
  • European passport and financial markets,
  • Insolvency law,
  • Corporate groups taxation.

In order to allow as many companies as possible to participate, this event is restricted to one person per company.

Limited parking spaces are available on site or on meters nearby. The nearest car park is "Parking des Martyrs 'Rousegaertchen'", a 2-minute walk from our premises.
