BREAKFAST BRIEFING - EU DATA REFORM: DATA PROTECTION AS A PRINCIPLE OF GOVERNANCE
Wildgen, Partners in Law, has the pleasure of inviting you to its coming breakfast briefing organised at its premises on 05 June from 8.30 to 10.00.
On 12 March 2014, the European Parliament voted on its first reading the draft regulation and the draft directive updating and modernising the principles enshrined in the 1995 Data Protection Directive.
In today’s economy, focus on data protection is of increasing importance and, although this reform is not yet finalised, we can expect a substantial impact on corporate organisations and for data processors.
Due to the importance of the reform, Emmanuelle Ragot, Head of IP/TMT at Wildgen, will lead a breakfast briefing presentation on update on data protection, giving an overview of the main points to be affected by it.
The Breakfast Briefing will be held in English and will take place on 05 June 2014 at Wildgen's premises.
Date and time: Thursday 05 June 2014
