Experience:
Yann joined Wildgen as Junior Associate in 2007 in the Corporate department, specialising in corporate finance and corporate governance. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2009 and has been Associate since 2011. In the past few months, Yann has been involved in the restructuring of several international industrial groups as well as in the financing of a major French cosmetic group.
He is also member of the editorial board of « Jurisnews, Regard sur le droit des sociétés ».
He has furthermore been specialising in compliance since 2009 as he passed the certification granted by the Luxembourg Institute for Training in Banking (IFBL) on December 2010. Yann is a member of the Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers (ALCO).
Education:
Postgraduate Degree (DEA) in International Economic Law (University of Paris I – Sorbonne, 2006) and Postgraduate Degree (DESS) in International Business Law (University of Paris I – Sorbonne, 2007).
