Experience:
She joined us in 2011 as an Associate in our Corporate / M&A department.
Prior to joining Wildgen, she has worked for several years in other Luxembourg law firms where she practiced corporate and commercial law.
Education:
Tanja studied law in Germany and passed her legal traineeship in Karlsruhe, Speyer and Paris. She holds an LL.M. degree in Corporate and Commercial Law of the University College of London (UCL) and a Masters’ degree in European Legal Studies of the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA Maastricht/Nancy). She participated in the course on Luxembourg law (Cours Complémentaire en Droit Luxembourgeois) and in a course specialising in German corporate and commercial law (Fachanwaltskurs Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht) in Frankfurt.
