Samia Rabia heads Investment Funds, Real Estate and Islamic Finance departments and specialises in Corporate Law. Her expertise is renowned in Luxembourg and beyond. Samia has considerable experience advising on the appropriate vehicles for her clients and she has been involved in many large and international deals. Although she specialises in Corporate law and Investment funds, she has sound experience in the areas of tax and real estate allowing her to have a global overview for every transaction.
With the support of her award-winning team - seasoned lawyers coming from different backgrounds -, Samia deals with corporate financing, Sharia-compliant transactions, M&A, funds structuring, real estate investment, venture capital or private equity. She also acts as liquidator for certain companies and sits as a member of several Boards of Directors. In this respect, Samia is member of the ILA (Institut luxembourgeois des administrateurs), a not-for-profit organisation aiming at sharing knowledge linked to Corporate Governance.

She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and takes part in the Arab Regional Forum and the Women Lawyers' Interest Group of the association. Furthermore, she has recently been elected "Female Entrepreneurship Ambassador” for Luxembourg.
