Experience:
Pierre co-heads the corporate department and is regularly involved in files dealing with mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and private equity.
For more than 10 years, he has also regularly dealt with business litigation, international arbitration and mediation.
Pierre represents companies in connection with their corporate activities and litigation. He possesses the necessary experience to navigate his clients through their partnership or shareholder dispute.
He sits as a member of several Boards of Directors and also acts as liquidator for certain companies.
Education:
Pierre holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Aix-Marseille III University. He was also a member of the Young Bar Committee in 2000/2001. He has been Luxembourg notarial candidate since 1996.
