A barrister, Georges Gudenburg holds a Master’s degree in business law awarded him by Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg. He also holds a Certificate in English Literature and Composition from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio (USA). He was first registered with the Luxembourg Bar in 1991.
He spent some ten years in several departments with an important Luxembourg bank for which he became head of the “Private Banking Department” in 1999.
He subsequently joined the Wildgen law firm and has been a partner since 2003.
His field of activity includes banking law as well as insurance law. He manages the UCI activity and that of the financial sector.
He intervenes in the area of administrative law, and has published several articles in the international press on Luxembourg pension funds and banking secrecy.
