Daniel Boone is a partner in Wildgen’s Corporate and Finance Department. With more than 15 years of professional experience, Daniel joined Wildgen’s Corporate & Finance team and mainly works with international M&A and private equity matters. He has a large and international experience and in particular in the Asia-Pacific region. He is the author of numerous publications and lectured Private Law and Contract Law at Strasbourg and Metz Universities. He currently lectures Corporate Law at the University of Luxembourg.
