Experience:
Nadi Najjar joined Wildgen in 2007 as Senior Associate and has been Of counsel since 2010.
He is also a partner in the Roger Najjar Law Firm in Lebanon and is regularly involved in cross-borders projects dealing with corporate, real-estate, trusts and financial matters in the Middle-East (Beirut, Dubai, Abu Dhabi particularly).
His fields of specialisation are Corporate Law, International Business Law, Islamic Finance and Real Estate.

Master’s degree in Corporate Law (Universities of Paris II – Assas (France) and Saint-Joseph, Lebanon), Master diploma (LLM) on International Law and Common Law Studies (Georgetown University - USA, Washington DC)
