Experience: 

He joined law firm Wildgen in 2000 and has been partner since 2005. His field of activity includes banking and insurance law as well as corporate law. He is co-head of the Banking & Insurance practice of Wildgen where he manages securitisation and insurance & reinsurance activities. He has a large and international experience notably in the Nordic Countries region.
He is in particular active in corporate structuring, bank lending and structured finance transactions for SMEs, international groups, financial firms and high net worth individuals. He has considerable experience advising financial institutions and their clients in regulatory matters (financial supervision, professional obligations, MIFID, PSD) and operational activities of the banking, insurance and reinsurance industries.

Education: 

Michel Bulach, Avocat à la Cour, has been member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2000. He holds Master’s degrees (Magistère, DESS-DJCE) in business law awarded by the University of Nancy (France). He also holds a Master’s of law (LLM) from University of East Anglia, Norwich (England).
