Rechtsanwältin Aysun, Director at Wildgen, has joined the firm in 2005 and since then she works in the Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Investment Funds departments. Aysun has also experience with corporate structuring for international groups and within corporate finance transactions. She is also experienced in providing advice and support to companies in Insurance and Securitisation matters.

Before joining Wildgen, Aysun was an associate in a German law firm in Mönchengladbach and in the legal department of a German – Turkish company in Düsseldorf. In 2007 Aysun participated as author in a written management – course entitled 'Beteiligungsplattform Luxemburg'.
