Experience:
After several internships in Germany and Luxembourg, Marine joined our Corporate department in 2010 and has been an Associate since 2011.
Her practice concentrates on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, international corporate restructuring and transactional business law. She also gained experience in dealing with issues relating to real estate investment and investment funds.
Marine is member of the editorial board of a monthly publication on corporate law, «Jurisnews, Regard sur le droit des sociétés».
Education:
Marine is graduated from the University of Paris X, France and University of Potsdam, Germany. She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2010.
