Experience:
After his graduation in his native country, Portugal, Luis undertook the program of European Law Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges. He then worked as an intern at the European Commission's Payments Unit of the Internal Market and Services Directorate-General in Brussels, being part of the team designing the Payment Services Directive. He then worked with the Big Four before he became head of the office of a European Parliament Member.
Luis joined Wildgen in the Corporate department in 2009 and has been promoted Senior Associate since 2012.
