Jackye, Director, has been qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer since 2003 and joined Wildgen in the Litigation Department in 2006. She specialises in Dispute Resolution and Business Litigation. She has a broad range of experience in Contract Law, Labour Law and Social Security matters. She has a strong background in dispute and developed considerable skills in proceedings. Jackye is also frequently involved in shareholders conflicts and in important corporate disputes.
Before joining Wildgen Jackye worked in a well established Luxembourg law firm, where she acquired a strong experience in Commercial and Civil litigation and Labour Law.
Jackye Elombo is author in monthly Luxembourg publications on corporate law and on real estate (Jurisnews Regard sur le droit des sociétés and Jurisnews Regard sur le droit de la construction et de l'immobilier), and contributes on Luxembourg case law.
