Experience:
Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2011, Iya joined Wildgen in the Investment Funds department.
She advises domestic and foreign clients on the regulatory, corporate and contractual aspects relating to investment vehicles. Iya has been involved in numerous transactions, including setting-up and management of funds and also specialises in corporate law. Iya also works on an international immigration program.
Before joining Wildgen, she worked in the Regulated Investments Funds Department of a renowned Luxembourg law firm.
Education:
Master’s Degree in “Juriste d’affaires européen” (University Nancy 2), Master I (University Robert Schuman, Strasbourg).
