Gregor Berke joined Wildgen’s Corporate department as Senior Associate in 2010 and was promoted Director in 2011. He specialises in Corporate and Investment law in the field of SIFs, SICARs, UCIs and UCITS. Prior to joining Wildgen, he worked for a “Big 4” in Luxembourg where he gained hands-on experience working on fund set ups and listings, MIFID implementation projects and corporate law.

He started his career in the Grand Duchy as head of legal in a Luxembourg bank where he was responsible for financial, tax and corporate law issues. He lectured on competition law in Germany as well as on Luxembourg fund legislation at ICN in Nancy and held trainings for fund promoters (Gartmore, Fidelity) and IFBL on MIFID and fund-related regulation.
