Experience:
Florence joined us as a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance department and specialises in international contractual and commercial disputes, with a strong focus on banking litigation. Florence is also experienced in providing advice and support in insolvency issues.
Prior to join us, she worked in the litigation department of a UK global law firm for 5 years in Luxembourg and with a Belgian law firm for 2 years .
Education:
Master in Law (Université Catholique de Louvain - Belgium, Socrates Program at Mc George School of Law – Sacramento USA, 2003).
Florence qualified as a Belgian lawyer at the Brussels Bar in 2004 and has been registered at the Luxembourg Bar (list IV) since 2008.
