Experience: 

Qualified as Avocat à la Cour in Paris and Luxembourg, Emmanuelle Ragot, Partner, heads Wildgen’s Intellectual Property and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (IP/TMT) practice group as well as Wildgen 4 innovation our legal hub for start-up businesses, launched in March 2015.

Her approach is totally client-focused and she works upstream with her clients in order to implement the appropriate strategy to their needs. Throughout more than 20 years of practice in London, Paris and Luxembourg, Emmanuelle has developed a sound experience in protecting her clients’ interests.

Focused on both litigation and advisory work, she made a name for herself in litigation specifically related to intellectual property rights (counterfeiting, licensing...) and represents high-profile local and international clients in the protection, acquisition, negotiation, use, distribution of IP rights and IP tax structuring. She also advises her clients on data compliance for multi jurisdiction TMT projects, drafting of agreements and negotiation of contracts related to the technology sector. Her field of activity includes data protection, technology regulation and general regulatory work including unfair trade, e-commerce, outsourcing, cloud computing, licensing and internet-related issues.

Emmanuelle delivers training for clients and is regularly speaker for international conferences (iTechLaw World Conference...).

Appointed as a titular member of the Benelux Council for Intellectual Property since 2008, and WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organisation) expert in Intellectual Property Rights, her professionalism makes her an international IP/TMT key player.
