Delia specialises in mergers & acquisitions, corporate structuring, project finance, public procurement, bankruptcy & restructuring and in EU regulatory services. She provides tailor-made legal advice and assistance for implementation of intra-group financing structures, share for shares exchanges in favour of clients, leaders in pharmaceutical, healthcare or petrochemical, major international investment firms or Central and Eastern Europe companies.
Before joining Wildgen in 2012, Delia worked as a corporate and M&A lawyer with a Luxembourg-based law firm, with a law firm based in Vienna and with a major law firm in Bucharest. Her previous professional activities also include internships with the International Legal Affairs Department of Renault Paris and with the European Court of Justice.
