Experience: 

David Maria, promoted Partner in 2012, heads Wildgen’s Tax department. Specialised in Corporate law and tax he mainly works on transactions in both areas.
Prior to joining Wildgen, he worked with law firms and “Big 4” in Luxembourg and London where he gained sound experience working on tax planning, international taxation and corporate law. He also collaborated with tax authorities on tax agreements and is member of the International Fiscal Association and of the Association luxembourgeoise d’Etudes Fiscales.

Education: 

Post-Graduate Certificate in European Higher Legal Studies (University of Leicester, United Kingdom and Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, Germany); Post-Graduate diploma (DESS) in Multimedia and IT Law, (International Study Centre of Industrial Property (C.E.I.P.I.)
