Experience:
Caroline qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer in 2008 and joined Wildgen’s Corporate Department as an Associate in 2011.
Caroline is actively involved in numerous M&A transactions dealing with insurance undertakings, reinsurance companies and further advises on insurance and reinsurance regulatory matters.
Before joining Wildgen, Caroline worked for a private equity fund and for a Luxembourg top tier law-firm in the Corporate–M&A Department where she specialised in Luxembourg corporate law focusing mainly on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisation and financing.
Education:
Master’s degrees (Magistère, DESS-DJCE) in business law awarded by the University of Montpellier, France and Master of European Laws (LL.M) from Stockholm University, Sweden.
