Beverley joined us as Associate in the Corporate Law practice area in November 2010.
Before joining Wildgen, Beverley developed strong skills in the Regulated Investment Funds area as she worked four years in a top-tier law firm in Luxembourg where she has gained invaluable experience in advising national and foreign clients on the structuring of investment funds. She was also offered the opportunity to join a secondment program for a major international bank which enhanced her comprehension of clients needs.
Beverley also worked in leading law firms in Paris where she advised clients on key aspects of corporate and tax issues.
Education:
Beverly holds a LLM in International and Comparative Business Law from London University and a Master droit des affaires et fiscalité from Paris II/Panthéon-Assas University.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2009.
