Anne Laure Jabin works with contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She deals with all aspects of the employment relationship: HR management, staffing, restructuring, benefits, pension schemes, collective matters and social plans, mediation and dispute resolution, outsourcing transactions, drafting of contracts or agreements. She tries as much as possible to avoid litigation in order to prevent employers from getting a bad press. This philosophy leads her to get closer to her clients by providing them legal advice in their daily management. She is the author of an analysis on International Law on Restrictive Covenants and Trade Secrets in Employment related to the Luxembourg jurisdiction for the American Bar Association and The Bureau of National Affairs.
She has also a large experience in administrative law, she is in charge of the drafting of the Jurisnews Administratif under the supervision of Georges Gudenburg, Partner. She is a Lecturer at the Chamber of Commerce in Aménagement du territoire.
She provides her clients with tailor-made solutions. Client dedication, responsivness and efficiency are qualities she values highly.
Anne-Laure focuses on advising domestic and international companies, be they insurance companies, hedge/mutual funds, banks or other types of financial institutions, as well as municipalities.
Master in Civil Law, Criminal Justice Certificate (University Montesquieu of Bordeaux, France).
Anne-Laure qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer on the Luxembourg Bar in 2005 and qualified as a Luxembourg Avocat à la Cour (1st place) in 2007.
