Senior Associate, Avocat à la Cour -
Solicitor
Member of the Law Society of Scotland
..not only is a strong theory in law a pre-requisite for working at Wildgen but you must also have common sense to respond to the needs of your clients. An ability to think laterally is essential. While working hours can sometimes be tough, this is not the norm. Wildgen recognises the importance of having a work-life balance and in fact actually discourages the dawn till dusk approach of many law firms which Wildgen sees as counter-productive in the long-run. As a trainee, you will be encouraged to develop any specific areas of law in which you may be interested and you should speak directly to a partner about these.
Daniel Boone
Partner – Avocat à la Cour
Within the Luxembourg lawyers’ community, WILDGEN enjoys a strong reputation of a proactive, dynamic and looking-to-the-future firm in which lawyers can find appropriate working conditions for developing their skills in a friendly atmosphere. By making available to the clients (local and international) the full range of legal services’ network, WILDGEN requires at any time from its staff a business-oriented, team-spirited attitude as well as demonstrating high-level professional standards. I am convinced that these elements are the winning cards for success. In this respect, and to speak for myself, my integration at WILDGEN was incredibly swift and nice and my objective is to serve WILDGEN to the best of my (humble) skills and true enthusiasm. By definition, building a reputable and prominent law firm is a tireless work-in-progress effort and I am proud to take part to that exciting scheme.
Alexandra Hardt
Ex-Trainee
My internship was a very interesting and rewarding experience. It enabled me to discover how lawyers work on a day-to-day basis. I have learned a great deal and will take away with me some precious lessons for my continuing studies and future career.
Yann Payen
Associate
The people at this firm are what make it exceptional.
