Senior Associates (M/F)

Corporate Law, Financial and Litigation Activities

You will be in charge of developing a client base and advising clients on a variety of legal issues. You will work closely with dedicated teams of associates and will be responsible of the quality of the delivered services.

 

Who you are:

 

Further to a law degree (a LLM or similar degree will be considered as an advantage), you have an experience of at least 5 years in a similar working environment. You are solution-oriented, excellence-driven and able to work in a team. As a high-caliber senior associate, you show solid technical ability. You demonstrate good organisational and management skills as well as a constructive and positive attitude. You are able to motivate people. You have excellent communication and client relationship skills. You are keen to be involved in business development. You have a perfect knowledge of both oral and written in English, French and German. Any other language will be considered as an advantage.

An outgoing personality, pro-activity and efficiency are qualities we value highly.

Secrétaires (H/F)

 

Vos Responsabilités :

 

Vous travaillerez en contact direct avec les associés et avocats de l’étude et les assisterez dans leurs tâches quotidiennes. Vous exécuterez les tâches et obligations ordinaires incombant au secrétariat d’une Etude d’avocats :

  • Tâches administratives générales,
  • Accueil des clients et gestion des appels téléphoniques,
  • Gestion des agendas,
  • Mise à jour de documents,
  • Saisie et maintenance des bases de données client.

Votre Profil :

  • Vous êtes intéressé(e) par une expérience dans le domaine juridique et motivé(e) par l’accomplissement de tâches variées,
  • Vous parlez couramment français, anglais et allemand,
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils informatiques usuels (la connaissance de Microsoft Office 2007 serait un plus),
  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et discret(e), vous apprenez rapidement,
  • Vous savez être polyvalent(e) et vos qualités relationnelles sont un grand atout.
