WILDGEN Law offices, whose origin goes back to the 1920’s, stands today as one of the best known law firms in Luxembourg.
Following the leave in 1977 of its founder Maître Victor BODSON, also a former member of the Luxembourg Government and a member of the European Commission, Maître Albert WILDGEN decidedly centred the law firm’s activity towards business law and financial law.
Since the 1980’s, our law firm WILDGEN has undergone a significant development jointly with the
impressive boom witnessed by the Luxembourg financial market.
Fully at the service of our clients, we put the stress on the values of our profession in a modern world: a sense of ethics and integrity, pro-activity and reactivity, a multi-language staff.
Our office is headed by 9 Partners: Pierre Metzler, François Brouxel, Samia Rabia, Georges Gudenburg, Hagen Reinsberg, Michel Bulach, Franck Greff, Jean-Luc Dascotte and Daniel Boone. All of them are highly involved in our management, success and steady growth.
What others say:
"[...] the firm's clients are very satisfied with its services."They don't sit back and wait for the client to do things," says one client. "They suggest ideas and they're very receptive. The larger law firms look after the larger clients, but being a smaller law firm they will put us first." Another client adds: "They are receiving more difficult work with more and more requirements from us as a client, and so far they have matched them all." This year the firm helped advise the target in the Carlyle Group's €1.1 billion acquisition of a 37.8% stake in French cable operators Numericable and Completel - reported as France's biggest-ever private-equity deal."
